24-Hour care
Our 24-hour care service includes a team of caregivers for the elder or disabled client and we develop a plan of care specific to the client. This caregiving service offers the elder or disabled client and their family full-time peace of mind. This around-the-clock in-home care service is ideal for clients who are at risk when unattended, such as people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related conditions and/or those who are a fall risk.
Live-In Care
A Personal Assistant “lives-in” your home for one to seven days per week and is ideal for individuals or couples who need care during the day, and the presence of assistance ready to serve in emergencies at night.
Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
Early-Stage Caregiving
Our role is one of overall support that embraces companionship and aiding with daily life, as needed, and to help you or your loved one plan for the future.
Middle-Stage Caregiving
Our focus turns to flexibility, patience, and greater responsibility as you or your loved one’s abilities amends and functioning and performing self-sufficiently becomes more difficult. Daily routines will need to be modified and customized, and a firm process will become more important.
Late-Stage Caregiving
Our role focuses on preserving quality of life and dignity. One typically loses the ability to talk and express needs. At this point in the disease, our caregivers provide a robust structure of assistance to face feeding and swallowing difficulty, walking, full-time personal care, vulnerability to infections like pneumonia and the ability to communicate using words.
End-of-Life Care
Our compassionate in-home caregivers offer care and support to those who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. We help them and their families with emotional and moral support as well as helping out around the home and providing companionship and personal care services. We can support the family directly or work in partnership with a hospice agency or medical provider to fully meet the family’s wishes.
